Peripheral GMCO2 Chime and Data-bus Integration Interface for GM Vehicles

The GMAHSC is a plug and play interface that allows the installation of a non-navigation aftermarket radio in select Cadillac CTS and SRX vehicles. It will maintain operation of the OnStar and factory amplified systems. The GMAHSC has on board switching to allow audio from the OnStar system to play through the two front factory speakers when OnStar is active. It also retains both warning chimes for Onstar operation and retains Vehicle Parking Assist chimes. For additional vehicle integration, use Peripherals line of PESWI steering wheel controls (SWC) interfaces to retain SWCs with the aftermarket radio.

• Doesnot retain the factory XM receiver; you will lose this option when thefactory radio is replaced with an aftermarket radio. You may use thisinterface even if the vehicle does not have OnStar but need to theinterface to operate the factory amplifier. OnStar must be enabledusing the OnStar button on the rear view mirror, steering wheelOnStar button will not enable OnStar OnStar volume is not adjustableon CTS-V and SRX models, volume is preset at medium level. Notcompatible when replacing SRX Factory Navigation Radios.
