The PXDXKI provides a seamless integration of an auxiliary audio input into the factory radio. Audio is fed directly into the factory radio for the best possible sound quality. This universal device can provide audio inputs into your factory radio for devices such as MP3 players, portable DVD players, laptops, gaming systems and more! Kit comes complete with the harnesses.

• ALL VEHICLES
  • Notcompatible with any factory external audio source such as: XM tuner, CDchanger, or Cassette player. These devices must be disconnected duringthe installation and will no longer function.
• Acura/Honda
  • Not compatible with factory radios that have an in dash 6 disk cd changer. Not compatible with navigation radios.
• Audi
  • Vehicles with Symphony sound systems must use special adapter harness PXHAD2 as well as PXHVW2 and connect at radio.

• Toyota
  • Whenusing the PXHTY3 with 2006-2007 vehicles the green wires must be cut onthe PXHTY3 harness. Fully compatible with factory installed ToyotaNavigation Systems. Not compatible with Hybrid vehicles.
• Volkswagen
  • Notcompatible with vehicles equipped with a factory Navigation system.When possible, we recommend using the PXHVW2 or PXHVW3 harness andinstall the PXDP behind the radio. This will avoid the possibility ofinherent noise problems with the factory VW CD changer cable that isfound in some vehicles. Double DIN (4 Tall) VW radios require thePXHVW3 to connect behind the radio.
