For those who need to be heard from blocks away without an empty wallet, MTX has the answer. The Sledge Hammer 4500 Series T4510X3-D enclosure delivers an enormous amount of bass. With the vented style enclosure, it gives you the max amount of bass from the woofers without sacrificing sound quality.

The woofers included in the box are the MTX 4500 series subs, the woofers features some of the most innovative technology out there including the same ALDS (Asymmetrical Linear Drive System), common to all MTX Audio Thunder subwoofers (the flat progressive spider, combined with the extended pole piece). We've added some other touches to make sure these speakers perform way, way, past your expectations. The voice coil is wound on an Apical voice coil former for high power handling. The strontium ferrite magnet yields a highly efficient speaker (more efficient means better use of your amplifier power). The folded window basket is as durable as it is attractive.

The box itself is no average enclosure either; the box is constructed from ¾” MDF which makes the enclosure extremely tough. Also features a vented style port which will give you max amount of bass output from the woofers. Boxes are finished in a clean durable charcoal carpet.

The enclosure will have a single 2 Ohm terminal cup on the rear.
