When adding a high powered audio system to a boat, you need to be sure your speakers are going to hold up to the rough conditions. The Boss (MR60) marine rated speakers are made from the best materials available to resist fading from UV rays or corroding effects of salty sea water. The speakers can be used in any type of application relating to water, weather its a speed boat cruising along the lake or youre simply installing them by your indoor swimming pool.

The speakers feature a universal white finish and include the grills shown in the picture. While the speakers are manufactured they are treated to a special coating which keeps them from rusting or fading from the suns UV rays. The magnet is completely enclosed with a plastic shroud, and the speaker overall is very structurally well built.

The speakers feature a coaxial design with a 6 Polypropylene cone mid-bass driver and 1 Mylar Dome tweeter, this will insure the best overall full range sound. The speakers are rated to handle up to 100 Watts RMS, and can produce as much as 200 watts peak. That would be enough power to scare all the fishes away! The speakers have a frequency response range of 80 Hz to 20 KHz, and have a sensitivity rating of 90 db. These speakers can easily be ran on an aftermarket marine amplifier the marine rated (MR1200W) deck which we also have available.
